All of our cleanings include a service guarantee. This ensures that if any specific areas within our service scope are overlooked for any reason, we'll return to re-clean them at no extra cost within 72 hours.

Please be aware, while we're willing to extend the timeframe for addressing any missed areas, our policy restricts re-cleaning requests beyond 7 working days after the initial service completion.

Kindly note that refunds are not offered in lieu of our re-cleaning guarantee.

The pricing for your cleaning service typically hinges on the size of your property.

We determine our fees based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your residence.

Additional charges apply for supplementary services beyond the standard scope of our basic bond clean. These services encompass carpet steam cleaning, exterior window cleaning, additional balconies, comprehensive wall washing, and extra blinds.

Should your property necessitate a more extensive cleaning, we reserve the right to levy additional charges, which will be communicated to you prior to commencement of the cleaning.

Our end-of-lease cleaning service commences at $220 for a studio apartment, with pricing incresing accordingly or $50 per team member hour for General Cleaning services. All prices are inclusive of GST and encompass our service guarantee.

The price we quote is our inclusive price, unless your cleaning entails exceptional soilage or aditional selected services. If you're booking for multiple properties, we're delighted to offer a discount. Feel free to reach out to us via phone or email to delve into pricing discussions further.

When scheduling your cleaning service, we kindly request that parking arrangements be made accessible for our cleaning teams.

In areas such as Sydney's CBD, North Sydney, Surry Hills, Chippendale, Ultimo, Glebe, Kings Cross, and Redfern, parking can be particularly challenging to secure. Our cleaning teams arrive fully equipped with cleaning supplies and tools, making it impractical for them to walk long distances to reach your home.

We ask that parking be pre-arranged, and if parking fees are applicable, we'll include these in the booking cost. Rest assured, any additional charges will be communicated and confirmed with you prior to our arrival.

For unfurnished properties, No, not at all. We simply need a means to access the property. If your agent is nearby, our teams are more than willing to collect the key, enter the property, and carry out the necessary work.

Yes, typically, we do not offer the following services:

Gardening.
Extensive mould removal.
Patching or repairing damaged walls.
Comprehensive ceiling cleaning.
Repairing and cleaning inside light fittings.
Cleaning chandeliers or delicate fixtures.
Changing light bulbs.
Restoring damaged carpets.
Repairing damaged grout or whitening excessively dark grout.
Restoring damaged stone counter tops or removing chemical blemishes.
Commercial cleaning of heavily soiled kitchen appliances such as stoves, large range hoods, and ventilation systems.

Our standard cleaning team is two people, though an additional team member may join when required. Any adjustments to the team size will be communicated to you prior to your scheduled cleaning.

We also offer supplementary services like fly screen cleaning, floor-to-ceiling window cleaning, carpet steam cleaning, and mattress cleaning, which are not included in our standard move-out clean. These services can be included in your booking for an extra fee.

In instances where the walls are excessively stained, spot wall cleaning may not suffice. Therefore, we provide full wall washing at an additional cost.

Please note that we are unable to add extra services to your booking free of charge. It's important to ensure that all relevant additional services are included in your booking so that we can deliver our end-of-tenancy cleaning service to the highest standard possible.

We kindly request 24 hours' notice prior to confirming your booking. Nonetheless, we do provide same-day cleaning services. Please give us a call on the day to inquire about our availability to accommodate your request.

We extend our services up to Emu Plains in the West, Campbelltown in the South West, Heathcote in the South, and Berowra in the North.

Access: While your presence at the property isn't necessary, we do need someone to provide access. This could involve key pickup from a nearby location, assistance from a friend or relative, or key placement in a designated spot. Please inform us of your access arrangements upon booking.

Parking: While our teams typically encounter few parking issues, in suburbs with limited parking like North Sydney, Sydney's CBD, Bondi, and Parramatta's CBD, we may need assistance in securing parking. If this isn't feasible, we can utilize a parking garage at an additional cost, which will be communicated upon booking.

Vacated Property: To deliver the best service and facilitate your rental bond return, we require the property to be free of furniture. If you wish to book a fully furnished end-of-tenancy clean, please contact our staff before booking.

Utilities: All our cleaning services necessitate access to running water and electricity. Unfortunately, we currently do not have vacuum cleaners that operate without electricity, and hot water is essential for effective floor mopping. If there is no power at the property, we may need to postpone or reschedule the service at an additional cost.

Reliability: We pride ourselves on our punctuality and commitment. Unexpected postponements due to unforeseen circumstances result in loss of income for our teams. Therefore, we may charge a cancellation fee if we're unable to complete a job due to the aforementioned challenges.

No Concurrent Tradesman: Our end-of-lease cleans cannot proceed if tradesmen are working simultaneously in the property. If you're aware of any scheduled tradesmen, we recommend scheduling your clean ideally before or after their work.

In most cases, spot wall cleaning isn't sufficient for extensive scuff marks or dirt covering all walls. If your property's walls exhibit numerous scuff marks, we recommend booking full wall washing. Ensuring all marks are removed from your walls is crucial for securing your bond refund, as per your real estate agent's expectations.

Our spot wall cleaning service focuses primarily on high-touch areas such as light switches and power points.

All our cleaners are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. They are more than willing to provide proof of vaccination upon entering your home and before starting any work. If you have any inquiries regarding this matter, please feel free to contact us via phone, email, or live chat.

Unfortunately, our cleaning service does not encompass the removal of scratch marks from damaged floors.

You have the flexibility to reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. However, cancellation under 24hrs will incur a $100 cancellation fee and cancellations made at the door will result in a full-price cancellation fee.

Yes, we offer same-day or next-day cleaning services for appointments required from Monday to Friday. However, accommodating same-day or next-day services on weekends may be challenging.

End of Lease / Bond Cleaning

Our goal is to deliver top-notch end-of-lease cleaning services. To ensure our cleaners can perform their best work, it's essential that the property is empty. Furniture and other removable fixtures can hinder thorough cleaning of walls and floors. Additionally, we require access to power and running water.

Yes, absolutely. If your agent's checklist includes tasks beyond our standard scope, we're happy to tailor the service and its provisions to accommodate your requirements. Typically, additional tasks may incur an extra cost.

Regrettably, we do not offer partial end-of-lease cleans. This is because real estate agents conduct thorough inspections to ensure the property meets the required standards before releasing your bond. A partially completed bond clean would not meet their expectations.

Certainly! Upon booking your service, we'll place a hold on your card before the service begins. Once the service is finished and you're satisfied, we'll finalize the charge and promptly send you an instant receipt. If you'd like, we can also forward a copy of the receipt to your property manager or landlord upon request. Simply send us an email, and we'll ensure everything is taken care of.

Regrettably, no, as there is a significant distinction in the service requirements between an end-of-lease and a post-renovation clean. If your home has undergone renovation or if there is substantial builder/construction dust present, we recommend booking our post-renovation clean.

If upon accessing the property, we determine that the booked service is incorrect, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

Generally, both real estate agents and homeowners expect the property to be returned in the same condition as when the tenant initially moved in. Therefore, tenants are indeed responsible for ensuring that the property they're vacating is clean and free of damages, with the exception of general wear and tear.

The duration of the cleaning process varies depending on the size and level of soiling in your home. Typically, a standard 1-bedroom end-of-lease clean can be completed within 5-6 labor hours. Additional rooms may require an extra 1-2 hours each. For larger homes exceeding 4 bedrooms, we allocate upwards of 12 hours with a team of two.

Our end-of-lease cleaning teams operate from Monday to Sunday, between 7am and 8pm. We're flexible to accommodate your preferred time within these hours.

We can accommodate most start time requests between 7am and 4pm. However, we advise against beginning end-of-lease cleans in the dark or poorly lit areas, as cleaning without natural light may result in missed spots.

Our cleaning teams utilize our exclusive, agent-approved end-of-lease cleaning checklist to ensure that the cleanliness standards set by your property manager are met in the final result of your clean.

Under our service guarantee, we commit to returning within 7 days of the service being rendered to address any areas within our scope that are deemed unsatisfactory.

Our service encompasses cleaning all interior windows of your property. However, there is an additional cost for cleaning large ceiling-to-floor windows, as well as for fly-screens and outside windows.
